Note: orces, Australian Field Artillery. Six months later Arthur married his first cousin, Annie, at The New Union Chapel, Woodhill Rd, Portishead, Somerset according to the rites of the Congregationalists. Arthur's rank was list as Lieutenant, 107 Howitzer Battery, 7 FAB,AIF. His usual place of residence was "Fairlea", Merrigum, Victoria.
Note: On the 3 May, 1918 Arthur was promoted to the rank of Second Lieutenant, Land F
