b. Note:   Death occurred at Good Samaritan Hospital at about 9:14 pm in presence of wife Ruth and son Peter.
c. Note:   Disposition was by cremation through Portland Funeral Alternatives; no service was held at Walter�s request.
d. Note:   �Miss Ruth MacDonald and Walter Janke were married at noon Saturday, August 20. The wedding took place in Portland. After a two weeks� honeymoon they will return to Klickitat where they will be at home.�
