a. Note:   Cherokee from her mother. She was older when her parents died so she didn't live with John Burden. she did go to John's later to check and see how they were doing. John Riley and James C were at her funeral in Mexia, it is in the Obit that we have on her. she was married three times and the first two ran off on her, that was Miller and West. then when she married Will Crawley Sr, she kept the name West so she is buried as Zada Mae West. the men were commanche, cherokee. there was also some Irish in there.
