The records shows he went to the hospital at Manasses on Feb. 15, 1862 And on March 29 1862 at Charlottesville. The record of oath of allegiance shows his place as of Jackson Co., Ala. And describes him as having light hair, light complexion and blue eyes standing 5'8"tall. He was to report to Bridgeport, Al. Date of Administration of Oath may 12 1865 Enlisted July 10, 1861 Dade Co. Ga. ---- Discharged 1865, Chattanooga, Ten.
