Note: Boppa's Fudge 4 measuring cups sugar 1 large can evaporated milk (12 oz) 1 12oz package Nestles Chocolate 1 jar Kraft Marshmellow Cream 1 stick (1/4 pound) [half cup] butter margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla Chopped nuts if desired Have all ingredients assembled including buttered plate of pan as the making of this requires constand and fast action. Measure sugar and put in a very large and heavy pan with the evaporated milk. Stir well till thoroughly mixed. Place on heat and bring to a full boil in the meantime stirring frequently. Boil rapidly for 7 minutes still stirring. At the end of 7 minutes turn off heat and leave on burner, immediately add chocolate and margarine stirring until both are disolved, add marshmellow cream and vanilla and continue stirring. Add nuts and mix. Pour into buttered pan (I use a part of the stick listed above for this). Let sit and partially cool before refrigerating. This makes quite a lot of fudge 4-5 lbs.
