a. Note:   Review, Sept. 19, 1946. Mrs. Martha Schreyer Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Schreyer, 77, who died at the home of her son, George Schreyer early Friday morning were conducted from the Schreyer home, 111 North Jefferson street at 1:30 p.m. monday and from the Evangelical and Reformed church at 2 p.m. Mrs Schreyer had been in failing health for about a year and had been bedfast since February. Martha Mueller was born in New Ulm November 24, 1868. She spent her girlhood here and was married to Herman Schreyer in New Ulm November 24, 1895. The couple made their home in New Ulm and when Mr. Schreyer died six years ago, Mrs. Schreyer made her home with her son George. Four of the five children born to the couple, preceded her in death. A granddaughter, Mrs. Archie Bolin, Madelia, whom she raised, was regarded as a daughter. Besides her only surviving son, George, she is survived by an only brother, Theodore Mueller, New Ulm.
