Notes
a. Note:   Review, Sept. 12, 1946 Mrs. A. G. Falk Funeral services for Mrs. A. G. Falk, 77, who died at her home Tuesday at 9:15 will be conducted from the home, 926 second south street at 2 p.m. and from St. Paul's Lutheran church at 2:15 p.m. the Rev W. F. Schmidt, officiating. Mrs. Falk had been in failing health for several months but had been up and about the house until Sunday when she suffered a stroke about 11 a.m. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schreyer Sr., pioneer residents of Cottonwood township, she was born April 29, 1875, and grew to womanhood there. She was married to A. G. Falk, April 30, 1894 and the couple settled on a farm in Milford township, where they lived for 38 years. After Mr. Falk died in 1918 Mrs. Falk remained on the home place until 1932, when she moved to New Ulm. She has continued to reside at 926 Second South street since. Her greatest interest and what amounted to a hobby as long as she was able to be about, was the cultivation of flowers and she spent hours in her garden. Two sons and one daughter survive: Elmer and Clarence Falk, and Mrs. Gerwin (Hertha) Strelow, all of New Ulm. There are four grandsons.
