Notes
a. Note:   Dad was an avid fisherman and sportsman - he also liked to hunt, loved baseball, especially the Philadelphia Phillies. He was an auditor for the borough of Parkesburg for many years, and also worked with his brother managing real estate in a corporation they named Thomas Brothers. He was an accountant for Chester County MHMR.
One of his last wishes was for all his friends and family to be given a fishing trip "on him", where some of his ashes would be spread into the Chesapeake Bay. Dad loved the Bay and spent many MANY hours fishing.
Dad has two graves....he spent the last 11 years of his life living with his Significant Other in Seaford, DE. Most of his ashes are buried in a fishing tackle box, in a grave with a military plate in Seaford. His headstone is in Mount Pleasant Methodist Church Cemetery in Sadsbury Township (Steeleville), PA next to his first wife, my mother, Anne, who died18 years before.
