Note: Micjah was married and had at least three children, Martha, Harrison and Susan. He lived in NC and GA. He is on the 1789 Jackson Co GA tax list. This part of Jackson Co became Clarke Co GA in 1801. A son and grandson of Thomas Benge, both named Micajah, is named in his Last Will 1811 Wilkes Co NC. The grandson is stated to be the son of William Benge.
