This has always been puzzling since her Ford Grandparents were still alive and could have cared for her. Also, her own mother was alive and remarried. As well as her grandfather William Fisher, her step-grandmother Harriet Fisher was gone, but with all of this family around, why didn’t one of them care for her? It’s rather a sad tale.”
