Note: OBIT - Blue Mounds, Wisconsin - Mrs. Alice Miller, age 87, died on Tuesday, February 25, 1992, at the Four Winds Manor Nursing Home in Verona. She was born in the Town of Vermont on January 29, 1905, to the late Ole and Oline (Odnes) Topper. She was united in marriage to Fred Miller on September 22, 1936. She was a lifelong and faithful member of the West Blue Mounds Lutheran Church. She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Selena Erickson of Madison, Mrs. Helen Topper of Rothschild, Mrs. Olga Eggum of Mount Horeb and Mrs. Minnie (Marvin) Roberts of Barneveld; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred, who died on July 27, 1960; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Barron; and four brothers, Clarence, John, Melvin and Otto. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 1992 at the WEST BLUE MOUNDS LUTHERAN CHURCH with Rev. Donald Schambow officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, at the ELLESTAD FUNERAL HOME in Mount Horeb. Interment will be in the West Blue Mounds Cemetery.
