The farm was the second one north of the Meadow Grove School and his parents were the first farm. The West Blue Mounds Grade School was located ? West of the George Mickelson family farm on Highway ID. Follow Co. Highway F south of Blue Mounds, you would come to the intersection of F and Z, F continues on toward Hollandale, WI. The first main side road to the right would take you to the Meadow Grove area. Along this side road is a cheese factory. This road is called Prairie Grove, you would go by all the farms and would come to an intersection and that is where the MEADOW GROVE SCHOOL sits. If you go to the right, the road will bring you up into Barneveld. Sharon (Kahl) Collins April 2010
