Note: OBIT - DOROTHY J. RHODES, 75, of Memphis, retired employee of Southland Corp., died of respiratory failure Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. She leaves three daughters, Sandra S. Barg, Eva L. Hurt and Patricia A. Rhodes, and two sons, Dr. Charles Thomas Rhodes and Ernest Frank Rhodes, all of Memphis; her mother, Blanche L. Routh of Lee's Summit, Mo., and seven grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
