Note: James R. Donham, Sr., 53, 4942 W. 123rd Pl., an electrician for the Ford Motor Co., died of a heart attack Monday at Craig, Colorado enroute to California on a vacation trip. He was the husband of Mary Louise (nee Vivier), father of James R. Donham, Jr., grandfather of Neil Russell and Bruce John Donham, and brother of Mrs. Blanche Routh. At rest at the funeral home at 2601 Vermont where Fr. Gentleman of Our Lady of The Ridge Church will officiate at services at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Blue Island Sun Standard, Thursday, Aug. 14, 1958
He married Mary Louise Vivier, daughter of Frank and Theresa (Herman) Vivier on November 30, 1934 in Des Moines, Iowa. On their marriage record, his birth place is Cleveland (Mississippi), and his current residence is Kansas City, Missouri.
Note - His son was adopted and renamed. James, Jr. was Mary's son from a previous relationship.
