Note: Obit - Dayton Daily News - December 7, 2003 Dell, Norbert C. "Charlie", age 88, of Dayton, passed away Fri., Dec. 5, 2003. He was a member of the F.O. of Eagles in Beavercreek. He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred, four brothers, Elwood, Urban, Raymond, and Herbert. Charlie is survived by two daughters and their husbands Nancy and John Hammond of Brookville, Carol and Frank Carter of Vandalia, four grandchildren Candy Desouza, Rob Tidwell, Kevin Carter, Brandon Carter; and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving is s sister Mildred Shockey of Dayton. Prayer service 9:30 AM Thursday at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. Mass of Christian Burial St. Mary Church, burial Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation, envelopes available at the funeral home.
