a. Note:   Sarah E. was age 3 in the 1850 census of Effingham Co. IL. Elizabeth was age 13 in the 1860 census of Effingham Co. IL. Sarah was age 21 in the 1870 Federal Census.Living with George and Almyra Askins as a household servant in Lowe, Moultrie County, Illinois.
  The date of birth on her death cert. is incorrect as listed. It should read 1847 vs. 1850 That would make her age at death 75yrs. 7 mos. 25 days.
  WOLF CEMETERY CHESTER, LIBERTY COUNTY, MONTANA This cemetery is located on the old Chester to Carter Road in Liberty County. It is approximately 4 miles west of Skierka's farm and the original Romain home The only marker readable is that of Mary Wolf, 1916-1917. She was 8 days old. There are nine other wooden crosses. Members of the Broken Mountain Genealogical Society have researched records and were able to verify the burial of Mary Wolfe and a Sarah Posey from Fort Benton records and a Mary Francis Willborn and Analius Frances Biegonek from Liberty County records. It appears that at one time a small Catholic church named St Francis was located here. Area residents recall that the church was dismantled in approx. 1938 and the lumber used to enlarge the first St Mary's Catholic Church in Chester. The Wolfe Cemetery is cared for by Liberty County.
