a. Note:   Wm. T. was age 1 month when the 1850 census was taken the 16th of Oct. Thomas was age 10 in the 1860 census, living with widowed mother. 1870 Thomas was age 18 living with George and Almyra Askins in Moultrie Co. IL as a farm hand , along with his sister Sarah 21 who was a "domestic servant". Is this the Thomas M. Askins who married Lucinda Moberly b 1858? I don't have a date of marr iage for them. Can't find them in the census.
