The effective date of the 1801 Danish census was February first. Listed were Ole Jørgensen (Jorgensen), 41, a farmer; his wife Kirsten Rasmusdatter, 40; their son Jorgen Olsen, 14; and daughters Karen Olsdatter, 12; Dorthe Olsdatter, 11; Maren Olsdatter, 9; Bodild Olsdatter, 5; and Birthe Olsdatter, age three.
