Note: In 1900 Hannah Gray, born Oct. 1821 in Tenn. is living in the household of James Stephenson identified as mother. I believe this may have been his wife's mother and his mother-in-law, but not sure. In 1920, James and his wife Nancy are living with their son, Clarance S. Stephenson in Searcy Cty., Arkansas. Living next door to James Stephenson in 1910 is a Calister Stephenson, age 26 married to a Mattie D. I believe this may be a son of James Stephenson, but not sure. (Searcy Cty., Ark. Big Creek Tws. ED 196, sheet 5A, 56/56)
