a. Continued:   According to her death certificate, Addie died of "Influenza & Ovaritis with Childbirth" as a contributing factor. Death occurred eight days after the birth of Hubert. Her Normal place of residence is shown as 516 S. 7th Street, Poplar Bluff, MO.
  NOTE: According to descendants; "Mary, who was called Adeline or Addie, is buried three miles South of the town South Columbus, Hickman County, Kentucky in the Zion Church Yard. They think she had a sister, perhaps named Maggie, who died earlier and is also buried there" (this would be Fannie Magdaline who was born in 1904). AFB
