Note: spital at 9:50 AM today after four years of illness. Mr. Higgins was born in Elyria June 29, 1891. He was a retired employ of the National Tube Division and a member of the Washington Ave. Christian Church. Surviving are his wife, Irene, nee Robinson; a daughter, Mrs. Darlene Henes, Elyria; a son, Gordon R. Higgins, Elyria; five grandchildren; three brothers, Orlo, of Amherst; Wendell, North Ridgeville and Correll, of Fairview Park. The family will receive friends at the Wainwright Funeral Home tomorrow and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9PM. Services will be Thursday at 2 PM in the Washington Ave. Chrisatian Church with the Reverand Maurice W. Fogle officiating. Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery.
