a. Note:   Park, died yesterday in the St. John's Hospital, Cleveland, where he was a patient four days. He was a native of Elyria. Mr. Higgins was a retired electrical dispatcher at NASA. He was a member of Masonic Lodge ON Steele 621 F and AM. Surviving are his wife, Verna; two sons, Roland L. of Elyria a city fireman, and Allen G. Higgins of Cleveland; grandchildren; greatgrandchildren and three brothers, Orlo of Lorain, Ellis of Vermilion and Wendell of Florida. He was preceded in death by two brothers. Friends will be received in the Corrigan's Funeral Home Fairview Park, Lorain Ave. at West 208th St. today and tomorrow, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. A Masonic service will be held in the funeral home Friday at 8 PM.
