Note: is home, 1314 Southwest 21st Terrace, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida after a long illness. Born in Elyria, he was a retired employee of the Cleveland plant of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. He was a 32nd degree Mason. Survivors are his wife, Thelma (Rhimbach); a son, Robert Higgins of Columbus; two brothers, Ellis Higgins of Vermilion and Orlo Higgins of Lorain, and grandchildren. The funeral service and burial will be held in Fort Lauderdale.
