a. Note:   1900 census - bore 9 children, 8 living Death certificate - had lived in Leeper for 2 years and 3 months before her death. Obit from Eau Claire Leader, Mrs. Amelia Radtke, daughter of Michael and Rosalina Rick, was born in Province Posen, Germany, Sept 3, 1849, and died Nov 21, 1933, at the home of her son Herman, at Leeper, Mo., at the age of 84 years, 2 months and 18 days. Her family came to America in 1869, settling first at Ripon. After remaining there a short time, they came to Augusta where they lived for many years. She was married to William Radtke 60 years ago, and to this union were born five daughters and three sons. Mr. Radtke died 13 years ago, since which time she has lived with her children. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church during her residence here. Funeral servicew were held in the M.E. Church of Augusta Friday, Nov 24, the Reb. Shas. Brown officiating. Interment was at Augusta cemetery.
