The funeral will take place from her late residence, south of town, Friday afternoon, Feb. 24, at one o'clock. Services at the M.E. Church, at two o'clock, conducted by Rev. W.F. McDowell and Rev. D.D. Rigger. The deceased was an estimable woman highly respected and was a pioneer resident. Many friends mourn her death. Seneca Advertiser newspaper, March 1, 1888, pg. 7, col. 3- Mrs. Amelia Kemp died at her home, south of this city, on the 22nd at 6 o'clock, aged seventy-one years.
