a. Note:   Robert Lee Clark, 67, died Monday at Jewish Hospital. He was a native of Paynesville, a veteran of World War II and a former employee of the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Co. Survivors include three sons, James, Gary and Michael; two daughters, Linda Locke and Deborah Clark; a brother, George; and three sisters, Lena Hill, Elizabeth Mattingly and Clara Ernst.
  The funeral will be Wednesday at A. Neurath & Son with burial in Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington.
