a. Note:   Ed Gentry,aged sixty-nine years, retired LaRue County Farmer, died Saturday at Davnivlle, following several year's of illness. He is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Henry Vernon and Mrs. Hallie Smith, Louisville; Mrs. Omer Price, of Athertonville; Mrs. Ford Crady and Mrs. Oswald Slack of Hodgenville and Miss Virginia Gentry of Nashville; two son's Howard Gentry, Athertonville, and Otis Gentry, near Hodgenville. Funeral Services were held at 2:30 PM Monday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Noah Benningfield. Interment was in the church cemetery.
