a. Note:   OBIT - GREENSBURG RECORD-HERALD Allie Noe Akin, age 85, died Thursday, April 14 at her home in Magnolia. Mrs. Akin, a native of Green County, was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church at the time of her death. She was married to the late Sam Akin. She is survived by two sons, Charlie Akin and Marvin Akin, both of Elizabethtown, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one sister, Sally Larimore, of Greensburg. Funeral services were 3 p.m. Sunday, April 17 in the chapel of Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with burial in Buffalo Cemetery. Bro Jim Hill officiated. Arrangements were by Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home.
