Note: Mr. George W. Clark, age 89, of Webster, KY, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. Mr. Clark was born December 9, 1925, the son of Hugh Edward and Ada Cecelia Stull Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Lena Hill, Earle McCoy, Elizabeth Mattingly and Clara Ernst; two brothers, Edwin and Robert Clark. Mr. Clark is survived by his wife, Barbara Hardesty Clark; three children, James Edward Clark, Ekron, KY, Peggy Gail Curry, Leitchfield, KY, Robert Harold "Bobby" Clark, Webster, KY; and a granddaughter, Mary Curry.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday at St. Mary Magdalen of Pazzi Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home from 3-8 PM on Thursday, and after 9:00 AM on Friday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
