  1870 census, Lyons, Ionia, Michigan: Gabriel Trefry, age 45, farmer, b. Nova Scotia, parents of foreign birth, living with wife and children.
  1880 census, Lyons, Ionia, Michigan: Gabriel Trefry, age 53, born Nova Scotia, grocer, living with wife and son.

  Alive, at age ninety-one and living in Lyons, came to Michigan in 1853, as a shoemaker.
