Notes
a. Note:   lts when he was born, and his nephews William and Orville Seal were older than their uncle. David White had a stroke about five years before he died. Father said that its partially debilitating effects discouraged his father a great deal, as David had been an active man as part of a railroad crew and a deputy sheriff. Is Orville living in Washington? Having found few records for his mother, it seemed likely that she had remarried and so had a new surname. Do you know what became of your great grandmother Ida Elizabeth Manning? My father married my mother Barbara in 1950, the same year Ethel died. My brother Dennis was born in 1953, sister Pamela (Anderson) in 1954. She and her husband Bruce lived in Seattle many years before relocating to Meridian, Idaho. Sister Linda (1956) also moved to Meridian. Then i, timothy, was born in 1958. Steven was born in 1958. He tried to stay in our Gladstone, MO childhood home, but found it beyond his means. He relocated to Bartlesville, Oklahoma, putting the household contents in a rented storage locker. When he came back to move the contents, Steve opened the padlock only to discover that the entire thing had been emptied. All of our old family photos of ancestors were lost.
Note:   David White, who called himself "Daniel" later in life. My father Donald was born in 1929. He remembered meeting his stepsisters Frances and Ethel only once as a toddler. They were already married adu
