  Albert died at his home on September 28, 2014. He was born in Reno on September 25, 1948. He attended Orvis Ring School, Robert Mitchell Elementary School, Sparks Junior High School, and graduated from Sparks High School. Al was preceeded in death by his parents Miller and Madeline Belmont; his wife Ellen Hartshorne Belmont; his brother Robert Lovett; and brother-in-law George Folsom. He is survived by his daughter, Ellen Belmont Farley and her husband Jim of Sparks, Nevada; his brother Larry Belmont and his wife Laureen of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; and his sister Cecelia Belmont Folsom of Sparks, Nevada. Grandsons Justin, Chris, and Matt Farley; and Grandaughter Ciera Farley, all of Sparks, Nevada. Numerous nephews and nieces and two cousins.
  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 18th, 2014, at Sparks Station Bar and Grill at 1:00 pm - 1221 Commerce Street, Sparks.
