Note:   A 16 year old son of Tom Vinson, who lives about six miles westoftown, happened to a very serious accident yesterday morning.He heardhis dogs running a rabbit and took his gun and startedout to wherethe dogs were. In getting over a fence he managedin some way todischarge his gun, nearly the entire load goingthrough one of hiswrists. Dr. Love of McLemoresville, wascalled to see him and hesentto town for Dr. Cox, who leftimmediately for the scene of theaccident.It was thought thatthe arm would have to be amputated but wego to press beforelearning the result of the consultation.
