Burial will follow inPleasant HillCemetery in Madison County.Mr. Blackwell died, April 26,2006, at Jackson-Madison CountyGeneral Hospital.He was born in GibsonCounty, TN, son of the late Monroe and OraWhitt Blackwell and waseducated in the local schools. Mr.Blackwell was employed with MilanArmy Ammunition Plant early inhis working career and was a longtimeowner and operator ofBlackwell Transfer Company.
