  Mrs. Woodham is survived by her husband, Mr. C. E. Woodham of Eight Mile; three sons, Earl G. Buntin of Mobile, Brannan D. Woodham of San Antonio, Tex. and Samuel R. Woodham of Pine Bluff, Ark.; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Prine of Eight Mile, and Mrs. L. A. Cheeseman of Eight Mile; one sister, Mrs. A. L. Kelly of Dothan, Ala.; 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and other relatives.
  Funeral services will be held from the Eight Mile Methodist Church, Saturday, June 8, 1968, at 2 p.m. with Interment in Mobile Memorial Gardens. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the services. Funeral arrangements by Northside Funeral Home, 1214 N.Wilson Ave., Prichard, Ala.

  Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Woodham of Mobile, Ala., who died Thursday night after a lingering illness, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the First Methodist Church in Mobile.
  Mrs. Woodham is survived by several children and their families in Moblie and surrounding area. Local survivors include: Mrs. J. P. Brannon Sr., a double sister-in-law, Mrs. Harry Murray, J. P. Brannon Jr., Cohen Brannon and Mrs. A. M. Lewis Sr., all double nieces and nephews of Mrs. Woodham.
  Northside Funeral Home of Pritchard, Ala., is in charge of arrangements.
