  Primrose Funeral Home Was an only child. Met Mary near Storm Lake, Iowa. They lived in Pipestone, MN briefly, between the birth of Laura and Charles, but were back in Newell by his birth. Charles had worked as a cooper, making butter tubs there. Later they moved to Shelbina, MO to be near Mary's parents, before Helen was born. Charles worked at a lumber yard (Cotton Lumber Co.) in Shelbina. Cotton Lumber Co. opened a lumber yard in Shelbyvill, and Charles moved to manage it, and built houses. Was a carpenter and brick layer in Norman.
