Notes

Note: Spelling of middle name located on the Death Certificate is"Anis" instead of "Arnice" as inscribed on her headstone. Also, there is no Father listed on her death ceritifcate. There is also a descrepancy concerning the Date of Birth since on her headstone the date is engraved as August 5, 1945 but on her Death Certificate the date is Augsut 10, 1945 or could be taken as the 6th perhaps (see document). Effie Hewett or Hewitt, her maiden last name, is a variant spelling of Hughette or Hughett. Her father was Stephen Hughett.
