Hazel Waymire Moore, 85, of Elwood, died Saturday at St. John's Health Systems. Born May 29, 1916, in Kokomo, she was the daughter of John and Hazel (Hancock) Waymire. She was employed at Delco Remy in Anderson for 31 years, retiring in May 1975 and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and Union 662. She married Kenneth J. Moore. He preceded her in death. Survivors include three daughters, 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and a brother, Melvin Waymire. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Dunnichay Funeral Home, with the Rev. Matthew Miller officiating. Burial will be in Elwood City Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
