Vol. Enlisted 8/1861 Discharged 11/1863 Warren County, Indiana Land Deeds Volume: 31 Page 20 - 21 1874 April 8th This indenture witnesseth that JOHN WAYMIRE and MARY JANE WAYMIRE his wife of Benton County in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to SOLOMON WAYMIRE of Warren County in the State of Indiana for the sum of three hundred dollars the following Real Estate in Warren County in the State of Indiana to wit: The whole of my undivided interest of the following described Real Estate as the heir of FREDRICK WAYMIRE, deceased to wit: the northwest quarter (1/4) of the northwest quarter (1/4) of section fifteen (S-15), town twenty-two (T-22), range seven (R-7) containing forty (40) acres more or less, also the west half (1/2) of the southwest quarter (1/4) of section ten (S-10), town twenty-two (T-22), range seven (R-7), containing seventy (70) acres more or less and the northeast quarter (1/4) of the northeast quarter of section fifteen (S-15), town twenty-two (T-22), range seven (R-7) containing forty (40) acres more or less. The southeast quarter (1/4) of the southeast quarter (! 1/4) of section nine (S-9), town twenty-two (T-22), range seven (R-7) containing forty (40) acres more or less. And the south end of the northeast quarter (1/4) of the southeast quarter (1/4) of section nine (S-9), town twenty-two (T-22), range seven (R-7) containing ten (10) acres more or less.
