  Zora M. Butler 76, 1010 N 14th St. passed away Saturday at 11 p.m. in Mercy Hospital after a brief illness. She was born Dec 4,1896 in Tipton County to Nealt and Sarah Jane Penny Waymire, she was married to Roy W. Butler on Jan 6,1917 who survives. She was a member of the Zion Chapel. Survivors include the husband, four daughters Mrs.Merrill(Betty)Robison and Mrs.Jack(Tillie)Davies,both of Elwood, Mrs.John(Hollie)Mason of Alexandria and Mrs.Robert(Jolene)Simmons of Fort Wayne, one son Ellis(Bud)Butler of Elwood, two brothers Lee Waymire of Elwood and Edward Waymire of Green Valley,IL., 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Copher and Fesler Funeral Home Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with burial at the Elwood City Cemetery.
