Note: MINSTER - Nancy Lou Haworth, 80, formerly of the West Milton/Laura area, lost her battle with lung cancer on Saturday, July 28, 2007, at her residence in Minster.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Eunice Elda (Koontz) Waymire.
She is survived by her husband, Von B. Haworth whom she married Nov. 2, 1945; daughters and sons-in-law Connie and Donald Booher of West Milton, Elaine Brumbaugh of West Milton; son and daughter-in-law Dan and Lisa Haworth of Minster; seven grandchildren; 12 - soon to be 13 - great-grandchildren; and a sister Patsy Thayer of Greenville.
She moved to the Lake Loramie area in 1970 and enjoyed her family, gardening and fishing.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St., West Milton, by the Rev. Curt Duncan. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton.
