Note: Mrs. A. H. Gilmore died at her residence in Momence, (Kankakee County) Illinois, on Sunday evening, April 11, of typhoid pneumonia, age 38 years. Her maiden name was Waymire, and she was born in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 o'clock P.M. at the M. E. Church, Rev. J. E. Mercer officiating. Mr. Gilmore came to Momence in August last year and is a respected citizen. He has five children, the oldest, a young man of 20, who met with a railroad accident more than a year ago which rendered him a helpless invalid ever since. Being thus situated the unfortunate family will miss the wife and mother in more than as ordinary degree. The family is entitled to the deepest sympathy of our people in their sad bereavenent. -------- Date of death April 11, 1886
