9 Nov 2015: Finally got Karen's death certificate and Sue reported Karen's father as Frank Edward Chapman from MO. I knew if I looked hard enough, I'd find the info.
9 Nov 2015: Frank is located in the 1920 census in the Philadelphia Navy Yard which confirms his armed services connection often spoken of by Dean. Pennsylvania Philadelphia Philadelphia Ward 39 District 1381, image 72 of 78.
