Note: N4903 Otis and Sarah S. Cramer were married in Erie County on June 5, 1841 by J. (or I.) A. Hart, Minister of the Gospel. Sarah was the daughter of Charles Cramer and Mary McPherson Cramer.
The 1850 Census for Margaretta Township shows Otis and Sarah adjacent to Sarah's brother, James Cramer. Two daughters, Ellen and Victoria, are also shown (ages eight and two).
By 1860 Sarah and her daughters were living in Sandusky, Erie County. Sarah worked as a seamstress.
S.S. Millard and Ellen are again shown in Sandusky in the 1870 Census. Sarah was keeping house and Ellen was working as a seamstress. (Victoria had married the previous fall to William P. Myers. They were in Green Creek Township in Sandusky County.)
