a. Note:   N1014 Abraham Coryell, youngest son of Emanuel, was aborn April 3, 1738 at Coryell's Ferry, NJ, in the Ferry House where his parents resided. He died there in May 1828, 90 years of age. He married on November 4, 1759, Sarah Davis (b. 1740), a descendent of the Bye Family of Bucks Co., PA. They had eight children. [Duane Sawhill]
  Ferried George Washington on Coryells Ferry (the pass between New Jersey and Pennsylvania).Abraham (or Abram as he ws known) ran and owned the Ferry on the New Jersey side during the Revolutionary War.He also served as a Private in the Revolutionary War.
