Note: N8809 ylvia S. (Snyder) Lord, 97, passed peacefully Friday, October 4, 2013. She was the loving wife of the late Addison H. Lord, who died March 1, 2002.
Sylvia was born September 23, 1916, daughter of the late Howard C. and Harriett (Goodlander) Snyder.
She was a former member of Wentz's United Church of Christ, Worcester. Survivors included her daughter, Pamela S. Lord, of Zieglerville; one brother, Russell Snyder, Ocean City, MD; and one sister, Rita O'Brien, San Antonio, TX. Also surviving were a granddaughter, Amanda J. Lord; two grandsons, Roger H. Lord and Trevor A. Lord; and three great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Roger H. Lord; two sisters; and one brother.
Graveside services were held at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler.
