Slaymaker eldest son of William Slaymaker Esqr decd, late of Strasburg township, Setting forth That the said Wm. Slaymaker lately died intestate, leaving no widow, but leaving Seven Children viz Rachel married to David Kendrick, Elizabeth married to James Braden, Wm. M (the Petitioner), Sample, Frederick W., Jane married to Jacob Offner & Ann; the said David Kendrick & wife living in Phila., the other said James Braden & wife living in Westmoreland by Penna, & the others living in Lancr. by Penna., That the said Intestate died seized in his demesne as of fee, of & in a certain Two story stone house & about 1=BE acres of Land thereto appurtenant with the appurtenances situate in said township of Strasburg adjoining lands of John Lightner, Joseph Hoover & others, And praying the Court to award an Inquest to make partition of the Premises aforesaid to & among the Children & Representatives of the said Intestate &c. It is ordered by the Court, that the Sheriff of this County do forthwith summon an Inquest to view the said premises & make partition thereof between the Children & Representatives of said deceased, according to Law & that report of said proceedings be made to this court on the _______Monday in _________next.
