Notes
a. Note:   erlich had. The picture we have is most likely his family. 1940 Census Beldon Street, Monterey County, California Annie Fadden age 65 Ruth Chumberlich age 40 William Chumberlich age 17 Lillian Chumberlich age 16 Marguerite Chumberlich age 15 As Long as I could remember Grandma had a Beautiful China Cabinet in her living room. We were told by Mom that she inherited from a Man of Chinese Descent ((Man UnKnown), but the family Contested his Will/Wishes and she was given his furniture, and household contents. Grandma had several Chinese Nicknaks. When My Mother Died Charles, Edward, Leona, Grace and Debbie all drew names to see who would get it. Charles/Charlie's name was drawn. My Grandmother did not talk much about her family lineage unless we asked. We don't have the Name of my Mother's Grandparents, because Grandma divorced William Cumbelich when Mom was only three years old. The years we were growing up we rarely saw Grandmother because we lived in Colorado and she lived in California. I know she made at least 2 trips to Colorado with her brother Charles Fadden and his wife Della. She spent many years taking care of others. The Chinese Man, And Aunt Della was quite a few years older than her so she spent many years taking care of her also. She had a house on Beldon Street that she inherited, and she rented it to a family for many years at a very low rent. She had a very sweet and kind sounding voice. When we grew up we were able to visit her, when we all started working. By then she was getting older. She drove a car to age 85. She attended the Mormon Church introduced to her by her second husband. She loved to Watch Jack LeLain who had an excercise program on TV, and the Lawrence Welk Show. Her friends were mostly associated with her Church, Often they would share a ride with one another. I never met her second husband James Lochhead as he died in 1951 before I was born. Grandma never talked about him but, she had a picture of them Taken together in a Large Frame in her living room for all those years, so they had a very close and happy relationship during their years of marriage.
Note:   Nicholas George Strazicich is the cousin, that Mom said William Clay Cumb
