a. Note:   924 After a lingering illness, Mrs. Josefa Norcifore, Member of one of the Pioneer families of Monterey died last night at her home at 232 Pacific Street. She had been in a local hospital for some months undergoing treatment. Funeral Services will be held at the residence tomorrow morning at 9:00 O'Clock, Mass will be said at San Carlos Church at 9:30 O'Clock, Interment in the local Cemetery. Mrs. Nocifore was about 70 years old, and was born in Monterey. She was the eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Rosario Duarte. Mrs. Nocifore leaves 8 brothers and sisters, Santa Maria Duarte, Esperio, Manuel, Joe, Louis and Frank Duarte, Mrs. R. Machado, Mrs. Mary Sapin, Two Sons Frank and John Norcifore, all of Monterey, Three Daughters, Mrs. Flora Todd, and Mrs. C. R. Gardiner of Richmond, and Mrs. Otto Ubrick, of Antioch, and Several Grandchildren,
