In Addition the fell heir to the Fathers share of the Hanbury estate in Cornwall, England. A fortune founded on the famous Hanbury Millions. San Francisco Chronical January 7, 1919.

Hanbury Santa Cruz, May 27, 1910 This being my last will and testament, I hereby revoke all former wills, & Codicils, and I leave and bequeath to my wife & son the whole of my property wherever located. The property is to be subdivided according to the discretion of my wife's trustees, namely John McKenzie Hanbury of London, England and Judge O'Leary of Vallejo. Solano County, California U.S.A.
